Return Policy

Per New York State law, retail stores are authorized to accept returns of alcoholic beverages ONLY if the merchandise is defective. We are also prohibited from issuing cash refunds. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the original sales receipt.

Please inspect your order's contents within 48 hours of receipt and contact us if there is leakage or physical damage. If stock is available, we will replace the items. If stock is exhausted, we will offer an alternative or a credit to your account. This policy applies to orders delivered locally with our own vehicle as well as shipments through carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Retain the defective merchandise unless refused at the time of delivery. Carriers will often require photo evidence of damage to successfully process the claim.

Wines displaying cork taint may be returned for replacement or credit within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Affected bottles must be physically received back by Park Place Wines to process the exchange/credit. Empty or significantly depleted bottles will not be accepted. If your order was shipped and you would like assistance generating a return shipment label, please contact us at the store. Due to the intricacies and subjective nature of taste, we cannot waive return shipping fees for merchandise delivered by carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
